Napa County Reverts To Purple Tier As State Lifts Regional Order
The order that limited nonessential activities by implementing a curfew between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. has also been lifted.
NAPA COUNTY, CA — The state of California on Monday lifted its Regional Stay-At Home Order for the Bay Area Region, which included Napa County. Effective immediately, the order that also limited nonessential activities by implementing a curfew between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., has been lifted, too, Napa County Office of Emergency Services said.
The news came after the state reported Saturday that the Bay Area Region's intensive care unit —ICU — capacity was at 23.4 percent, the first time it had been above 15 percent since the Stay-Home order took effect.
Although the regional stay-home order has been lifted, Napa County returned Monday to the Purple Tier, the strictest tier of the state’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. This means most activities can reopen, some outdoors only, and all with modifications, county officials said.
