Napa Man Arrested For Alleged Rape Of Unconscious Relative
A Napa man was arrested Wednesday night for the alleged rape of an unconscious relative.

NAPA - Napa police have arrested a man they suspect of raping an unconscious female adult relative on Wednesday night.
According to Napa police, officers were called to a residence in the 2000 block of Ida Street Wednesday about 11 p.m.
When they arrived, police say they found 51-year-old Napa resident Emilio Hernandez Sanchez sleeping naked with an unconscious adult woman to whom he was related.

Napa police say the woman was allegedly intoxicated, and unable to care for herself.
Based on a subsequent investigation of the incident, authorities say Sanchez was charged with four sex-related counts, including rape, incest and assault. He was also charged with a probation violation.

The case remains under investigation.
