Napa Town & Country Fair Opens This Week
There's something for everyone at the fair including carnival, livestock, exhibits, food, live music and entertainment
The Napa Town & Country Fair comes to town this week Wednesday 7/8 through Sunday 7/12. The “Circus Dreams & Carnival Screams” event offers 5 days of fun for the entire family starting at Noon each day through Midnight (10pm on Sunday).
Ticket prices are $13 for adults, $10 for Seniors 60+ and kids age 6-12, and children under 5 are free. Opening day on Wednesday is Senior Day with $8 admission for age 60+ and Thursday is Kid’s Day where ages 12 and under get in free. Carnival wristbands are available each day for $32.
Advance fair tickets are available to purchase online at a $3 discount per ticket. You may also choose the $50 adult pass good for fair admission each day.

Location of the fair is Napa Valley Expo at 575 Third Street in Napa. General parking is $10 in the lot off Silverado Trail near Juarez and adjacent to Good Sam RV Park.
Exhibits at the fair include competitions and wonderful displays of arts and crafts, flowers, farm produce, as well as homemade beer and wine. Junior activities include 4-H and a livestock auction on Sunday.

Entertainment is scheduled throughout every day including pig races and petting zoo for kids, along with jugglers, clowns, aerial acts and strolling entertainment. The Showcase Plaza features musical performances by Blood, Sweat & Tears, Colt Ford, Air Supply, Queen Nation, and Metalachi. Additional live music is scheduled throughout the day at the Bandstand Stage.
The Napa Town & Country Fair has been a local tradition for over 80 years. It promises a good time for all, but can be crowded, upwards of 60,000 visitors, and hot. Be sure to arrive early for good parking, wear sunscreen and bring a hat.
