Napa Valley’s Meritage & Vista Collina Resorts Launch Food Truck
Mobile Kitchen Coming to a Neighborhood Near You
The Meritage Resort and Vista Collina Resort are pleased to introduce a new shared food truck. The kitchen-on-wheels is hitting the road to bring the resorts’ Four-Diamond service and talented culinary teams to neighborhoods and community events throughout the Napa Valley. The truck will make its public debut this Sunday at Fuller Park during Napa Porchfest with a menu showcasing Northshore Garlic Shrimp, Poblano Short Rib Tacos and Orange Zest & Cherry Pies.
In addition to offsite events, the truck will be used throughout both resorts’ stunning event spaces, including the new Village Lawn located at Vista Collina Resort and the breathtaking Vineyard Deck at The Meritage Resort. The food truck can also be rented for private events at wineries, offices and other spaces throughout the Napa Valley.
The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Vincent Lesage, will showcase a variety of themes and menus, ranging from Far East Burritos and Korean Tacos to late-night Sliders, Cubanos and North Shore BBQ.
