Northbound Red Top Road To Permanently Close At Hwy 12: Caltrans
The closure eliminates the left-turn movement from northbound Red Top Road to westbound state Highway 12 toward Napa County.

NORTH BAY, CA — Caltrans Bay Area announced it will permanently close northbound Red Top Road at State Route 12 near Fairfield in Solano County starting the week of May 10 as part of the highway safety improvements for the Interstate Highway 80/Interstate Highway 680/state Highway 12 Interchange Project.
This will eliminate the left-turn movement from northbound Red Top Road to westbound SR-12 toward Napa County, Caltrans District 4 Spokesman Pedro Quintana said.
Motorists are advised to take eastbound I-80 to the Green Valley Road exit, cross over the freeway and take the onramp to westbound I-80/westbound SR-12 toward Napa.
