Pimp Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison: Napa County DA
The Suisun City man was arrested in October following an undercover operation by the Napa Special Investigations Bureau.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — A Suisun City man was sentenced Thursday to six years in California state prison for “controlling and profiting from a sex worker in the county of Napa involved in prostitution,” District Attorney Allison Haley said in a news release. Harold Edward Domingue, 36, was convicted in June of felony pandering following his October 2017 arrest.
“... Mr. Domingue transported the sex worker in and around the county and financially benefited from her prostitution by using her income to pay his rent and utilities,” Haley said. “Mr. Dominque's moniker ‘Fame' was tattooed on the sex worker's body along with the words ‘Money Maker.’”
The investigation into Domingue was handled by the Napa Special Investigations Bureau (NSIB) in collaboration with the Napa County District Attorney's Office — with Domingue’s sentence handed down by Napa County Superior Court Judge Mark Boessenecker.

An online ad offering prostitution services in the county was what initially caught the attention of Napa County investigators, NSIB Lt. Gary Pitkin said at the time.
A subsequent undercover operation resulted in Domingue’s arrest.
