The Pathway Home Gets "Major League Gift," Director Says

The Pathway Home in Yountville, a treatment program for veterans and active-duty military, got a "major league gift" in a new federal funding package, its director told the Press Democrat.

Last week, U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson, D-St. Helena, announced that his bill to provide money for the program, which treats Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injuries, would be signed into law.

According to the Press Democrat, this was a cause for much rejoicing at the Veterans Home of California, Yountville, where The Pathway Home is located.
