Traffic Incident Blocks Jefferson, Rubicon Streets: Napa Police

NAPA, CA — A traffic incident Wednesday at Jefferson Street and Rubicon Street affected traffic for three hours, according to the Napa Police Department.

Just before noon, police advised motorists to avoid the area and to take alternate routes, and said Trancas Street was likely also impacted.

At 3:05 p.m., police said the roadways were reopened.
