The crash happened Monday on Dry Creek Road west of Wall Road.
NAPA, CA — The Napa County Sheriff's Office has identified a woman who died in a solo vehicle crash in Napa County on Monday as Edelmira Ruiz-Lopez, 25, of Santa Rosa.
Ruiz-Lopez was not wearing a seatbelt when she was ejected from a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban that crashed around 6 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The SUV driver, Lauro Felix-Quintana, 40, of Windsor, was driving west on Dry Creek Road west of Wall Road in the rain at an unsafe speed, CHP Officer Marc Renspurger said.

Felix-Quintana lost control of the Suburban, which then left the roadway, went down a hill and overturned, Renspurger said.
Ruiz-Lopez was ejected through a blown-out window when the Suburban overturned and she was pronounced dead at 6:54 a.m. Three Santa Rosa men in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.

The CHP initially identified Ruiz-Lopez as a resident of Arizona, but her most recent driver's license identified her as a Santa Rosa resident, Napa County sheriff's spokesman Henry Wofford said.
Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash, Renspurger said.
