Designer Viktoriia Vlasenko Brings Her Fashion Line to the U.S.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Acclaimed fashion designer Viktoriia Vlasenko is bringing production of her acclaimed Terrasse clothing line to the United States with plans add new stores and sign deals with other retailers to carry the brand.

“I am excited to expand my brand and bring production of the Terrasse line to the United States,” Vlasenko said. “It’s a major move, but it’s one that is going to prove pivotal to the growth and recognition of our brand to a broader share of the market which is located here, in the U.S. I am very excited about the prospects for the future!”

Having produced her unique line of clothes in her native Ukraine and in China, Vlasenko aims to grow her marketing footprint by moving production to the U.S. where demand has been growing and interest among retailers has also expanded exponentially. Although details are still pending, the award-winning fashion designer aims to open a manufacturing facility in the U.S. by next year.

Since its inception, the Terrasse line features a wide range of tops, skirts, dresses and pants with the accent on elegance and style, with a uniquely European look that harkens back to upscale styles reminiscent of the 1980s and 70s. With blends of wool, cotton and other natural fibers, the Terrasse line offers women a elegant look that ranges from casual to formal with the designer’s visionary and daring approach.

“My focus is to offer women the ability to share their own unique style that emphasizes comfort, practicality and fashion,” Vlasenko said. “With our variety of apparel and accessories, our goal to complete their entire look and make them shine whether they’re relaxing at home with friends or attending an important gala event.”

Born with a passion for fashion from early on, Vlasenko attended Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, then going on to work as a costume designer for a number of films, plays, concerts and more before branching out on her own and creating her own brand, Terrasse. Thanks the growing demand of her Terrasse clothing line, she opened her first Terrasse store, would ultimately opening six high-end stores to carry her popular brand.

Today, while she continues to create new designs and work on films such as the upcoming “Loss of Grace,” and “Malfunction,” as well as “Sheela” (2018), “Betrayed” (2018) and others, Vlasenko is continuing to build on her success, having earned a number of awards for fashion and costume design.
