East Hollywood Church Invites Community to Halloween Festival

The children will be able to enjoy a safe annual Halloween door-to-door tradition by trick or treating at dozens of doors on the property.

This year on Halloween, the Church of Scientology of Los Angeles is hosting a festival, open to the entire community. There will be many entertaining activities for the whole family at no cost.

“When we have a festival, we offer events that engage kids and their parents. Parents these days are careful about what they do with kids, especially on Halloween.”, explains Melissa Eisenhauer, the Public Relations Director. ”Our church is very family-oriented and totally drug-free. We want to share that life with our neighbors.”

“On Thursday, 31 October, a spectacular evening of activities is planned including a petting zoo for the kids with creepy critters and also there will be live music and pumpkin carving.” Melissa says, “We have planned a costume contest, donut eating contests, a selfie booth as well as bouncy houses.”
