Food Giveaway Scheduled In North Hollywood This Week
Stock up on free groceries at this week's grocery giveaway in North Hollywood.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — In need of assistance putting food on the table for the rest of the month? A drive-through food giveaway will be held this Thursday at 6980 Vanowen Street.
Each family-sized box will have enough food for about two weeks, and includes meat, fruits and vegetables, and other staples. Everyone is eligible and welcome to attend.
Food will be given way from 9 a.m. through 12 p.m, and the line will start at 8:30 a.m. Walk-ups will not be able to receive food at this event, and all attendees must remain in their cars for pick-up.

Those who don't have access to a car are asked to go to covid19.lacounty.gov/food to find more resources across Los Angeles.
The event is sponsored by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, L.A. County, and Supervisor Sheila Kuehl.
