Gunmen At Large In Van Nuys Double Shooting, Police Say

Both victims of the gang-related shooting are 18 years old. Police are seeking the suspected gunmen.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Two men were hospitalized in stable condition this morning with gunshot wounds suffered in a gang-related shooting in Van Nuys and the gunmen were sought by police.

The two victims were walking near the intersection of Noble Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard at 8 p.m. Friday when a vehicle pulled up nearby and three suspects got out and opened fire on the men, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Both victims are 18 years old and suffered non life-threatening wounds. One was taken to a hospital by paramedics, the second was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle, police said.
