
North Hollywood police are hoping a witness snapshot of a man suspected of stealing a car stereo will lead to his arrest.
By unknown means, the unidentified man allegedly opened the passenger door of a vehicle at the parking lot of the Denny's at 11377 Burbank Blvd. at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday.
He's suspected of stealing a Sony car stereo valued at about $200, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The suspect is believed to be between the ages of 25-29. He is 6 foot 3, weights 200 pounds, has black hair and acne scars, a police press release read.
He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue shorts and black tennis shoes.

A nearby witness was able to take a picture of the man with a cellphone.
