Have You Spoken Up About The NoHo To Pasadena Transit Line?

Los Angeles Metro will hold another hearing after revising the plan from previous public comments.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Metro will host another feedback session for the NoHo to Pasadena Transit Corridor Project after revising the previous plan. According to Metro, the new line will improve access to job, schools and entertainment, and will be faster and more reliable than regular bus service.

The meeting will take place on April 1 between 5-7 p.m. The Zoom link is available here.

"After reviewing nearly 500 comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), Metro has made refinements to the Proposed Project and would like your feedback ahead of presenting the recommendation to the Metro Board of Directors in May 2021," Metro wrote in a statement. "Upon Metro Board approval of the Proposed Project, work will begin on the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR)."

Metro expects the FEIR to be completed by the end of the summer.

The NoHo to Pasadena line would serve North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and aims to rival the speed, capacity and comfort of high-quality rail lines.
