I have spent almost half my life in the kitchen cooking professionally. I have read the reviews and there seems to be a lot of concern over how long the food takes. If you want fast Mexican / Latino food you always have Chipotle, Baja Fresh or Taco Bell. You won't have to wait at all plus they come gift wrapped. If you want good food that is cooked to order (which explains the wait which wasn’t that long.) then come here. I have never had fried Tamales but will be back for them soon. Everything was great, our server was attentive and polite . What else could you possibly ask for?
So for those of you who like hole in the wall mom-and-pop places, this is worth a trip.
