Multi-Car Crash Causes Fuel Spill On 134 Freeway
A SigAlert shut down three lanes for almost three hours while crews cleaned the spill.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A multi-car crash involving a big rig caused a fuel spill on the Westbound 134 Freeway Thursday morning. The crash happened around 5:43 just west of the 170 Freeway connector, near the border of North Hollywood, Studio City and Toluca Lake.
No patients were transported to the hospital according to LAFD spokesperson Margaret Stewart. A SigAlert shut down the right three lanes of the westbound 134 while crews cleaned the spill.
All lanes had reopened by 8:25 a.m. according to California Highway Patrol.
