Castaway in Burbank features build-it-yourself charcuterie boards, a steak-driven menu, plus such brunch delicacies as lobster and waffles.
BURBANK, CA – With an award-winning team of chefs, a unique, seasonally-inspired menu and spectacular L.A. views, a new eatery, Castaway, is poised to open Thursday, May 3 in Burbank.
“Dining in Los Angeles is incredible right now, but I promise that the city has never seen anything like Castaway yet,” said Ryan Smith, regional director for Specialty Restaurant Corp. “We’ve created something that takes all of the most exciting parts of going out to eat in an exciting city – from the food, to the décor, to the scene, down to the way some places make you feel like a star – and brought it all under one roof.”
Perched atop a hill on East Harvard Road in Burbank with a backdrop of valley views, Castaway is putting an emphasis on sourcing ingredients from skilled farmers and suppliers and will feature a steak-forward menu, a raw bar, vegetable-centric sides and build-it-yourself charcuterie boards.
