North Hollywood Woman Claims Lindsay Lohan Assaulted Her

RadarOnline.com is reporting that the woman who is accusing actress Lindsay Lohan of pushing and shoving her at a West Hollywood nightclub is a 34-year-old waitress from North Hollywood named Marissa Sullivan Dugas.

TMZ reported over the weekend Dugas filed an incident report late Saturday with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station alleging battery. She claims Lohan "began pushing and shoving her" for talking to one of Lohan's male friends.

The celebrity news website reported early Monday that Lohan is adamant she did not fight with anyone because she did not leave her home Thursday night.

West Hollywood Sheriff's are still investigating the woman's claims.

"We haven't sorted anything out yet," said Sgt. Michael Yocum, the watch sergeant Monday morning at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station. "It's an ongoing investigation."
