Pleasant Weather, Cold Nights On Tap This Week In North Hollywood
An elevated fire risk will be in place through tonight due to extremely low humidity.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — We're moving deeper into autumn with Thanskgiving less than a week away, but you wouldn't know it from stepping outside into the sunshine. National Weather Service forecasts a high of 88 degrees in Sherman Oaks today, which will dip to a low of 54 degrees overnight.
The department also expects to see extremely low humidity across the city, creating an elevated to brief critical fire risk through Monday.
"Gusty east to southeast winds, warm temperatures, and very low humidities will continue to bring elevated to brief critical fire weather conditions through tonight across SW Calif," the department tweeted Monday.

Cooler temperatures will begin Tuesday, with a high of 78 degrees and a low of 52 while wind gusts could blow up to 20 mph. Wednesday's winds will be a more moderate 15 mph, with a high temperature of 70 degrees and a low of 49.
Thursday's high will climb back up to 73 degrees, while the overnight low will remain at 48. Heading into the weekend, Friday will reach 72 degrees with a low of 46 degrees.
