“The main challenge in this film was to convey the story using music and sounds to create a nostalgic emotion in the mind of the audience,” Pillai said. “Audience should feel the longing to see their loved childhood friends and neighbours. it should take them to the memories of their child hood.”

Directed by Narayan and produced by Martin Palatty, the film is the newest for Pillai who earlier this year completed work on “Les Dalton,” a new animated series directed by Jim Gomez (“Ren & Stimpy Show”_ and produced by Marc Du Pontavice (“I Lost My Body”). The series follows the adventures of the Dalton brothers (Joe, Jack, William, and Averell) who are imprisoned in Nevada Penitentiary and repeatedly devise plans to make their escape. The industry veteran is known for his work on “Enterprise,” “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” the films “Attraction,” “Solo Lullaby,” “Flawed” and others.
