Unconscious Man Found In Car Without Driver On Freeway Onramp

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Ambulances are in route after a man was found passed out in the passenger seat of a car with no driver on a freeway onramp in North Hollywood. The car was found on the Magnolia Boulevard onramp to the northbound 170 freeway around 9:42 a.m.

California Highway Patrol said the incident was a possible traffic collision that took place on the street before the car came to a stop on the onramp. Both the Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department were sent to the scene to investigate.
