Victim, Suspect ID'd in Brother vs. Brother Killing
Bail is set at $1 million for the suspect, who allegedly stabbed his brother near Saticoy and Tujunga early Sunday morning.

Authorities today identified a man who was fatally stabbed, allegedly by his brother, who was being held today on $1 million bail.
The men were fighting at 1:42 a.m. Sunday near Saticoy Street and Tujunga Avenue when Angel Verdugo, 23, allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed his brother several times, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s media relations office.
Alonzo Verdugo, also 23, died at the scene, the coroner’s office reported. The suspect was booked on suspicion of murder, Lopez said.
