St. Vincent Students Debate U.S. Transportation Investments

The nationally ranked debate team from St. Vincent de Paul High School in Petaluma participated in a public debate Jan. 23 about the transportation system in the United States.

The team, coached by Novato resident Laila McClay, was represented four students including Sydney Griggs, also of Novato.

The students paired up to argue pros and cons on whether the federal government should substantially increase its transportation infrastructure investment.
