Umpqua Bank associates visited the Marin County Food Bank on Jan. 23Â as a part of its Connect Volunteer Network. The program gives every Umpqua associate 40 paid hours to volunteer at a local nonprofit of their choice.
Umpqua also presented the food bank with a  $20,000 donation, this coming on the heels of their announcement of over 46,000 hours volunteered in 2012.
Oregon-based Umpqua purchased Novato-based Circle Bank last year for $25 million.
