'Bright Future Ahead': Novato Mother's Day Photos

NOVATO, CA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

Novato mom Leslee Loeber sent us this sweet photo of her and her daughter, Lindsey. The picture was captured on Christmas Eve 2017.

With her daughter leaving for college in the fall, Leslee is appreciating "every second" with Lindsey.

"She is an incredible young lady with such a bright future ahead and I couldn't be more proud to be her mom," Leslee said.
