Ribbon Cutting at 999 Grant Building

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Nov. 8 at the new building in downtown Novato that will serve as the home for Umpqua Bank, a restaurant and several retail stores. Kim Kaselionis, CEO for Circle Bank — which recently was bought by Umpqua — will host the event. Refreshments will be served.
