For all shrimp lovers, Rubio's also is introducing a new Shrimp Trio, featuring Rubio's shrimp tacos — the Grilled Gourmet Shrimp Taco, the Salsa Verde Shrimp Taco and the limited-time-only Wild-Caught Shrimp and Mexican Street Corn Taco. The new trio will be available on Taco Tuesdays for $7.99.
Rubio's Coastal Grill takes pride in its pioneering of the fish-taco phenomenon in the U.S., its menu that includes a variety of responsibly sourced seafood and its encouragement to eat seafood twice a week to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke, based on the American Heart Association's recommendation.
