Marin County Officials Look Ahead To Transitioning To Normalcy
County officials are working with industry leaders across several sectors to provide guidance for best practices to reopening.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — Marin County officials are aiming to provide a smooth transition to normal life as shelter-in-place restrictions are eventually eased, the officials said Monday.
The county is working with industry advisory groups that are comprised of subject matter experts who will advise on how various industries can reopen in the county in compliance with health guidelines. The industries the groups are working with include retail, recreation and rental properties. Also, a new online resource provides residents with step-by-step instructions on gradually returning to normal life at www.marinrecovers.com.
"A measured re-opening process will require unprecedented collaboration of leaders from health care, industry and government," Assistant County Administrator Angela Nicholson said in a statement. "Through MarinRecovers.com, a progressive outline will be shared that promotes timely
coordination, real-time data monitoring, and a common path forward."
