Novato Chamber To Hold Annual Business Expo Virtually

The event will be held April 29 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

NOVATO, CA — The Novato Chamber’s annual Business and Community Expo won’t quite be the same this year.

Organizers of the April 29 event believe it will help business prepare for times that aren’t quite the same, either.

The 2021 Virtual Expo aims to help local businesses expand from home amid the pandemic.

Participants will be able to develop new contacts, share ideas to help other businesses succeed and learn how the chamber can help local businesses pivot during these hard times.

The event, which is presented by Elegance Hamilton Hill, will use the Zoom-style virtual meeting platform meeting application REMO.

REMO offers some functions not available on Zoom such as the ability to screen share screen, the ability o use a whiteboard to engage and a Linked-In digital business card share feature.

“The 2021 Virtual Expo offers our participants a unique experience to engage with others to promote their business and services from the safety and comfort of their own home,” the Novato Chamber said of the event said in a statement on its Facebook page.

The event will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Admission is free.
