Noble Consultants, a Novato engineering company that specializes in coastal, harbor and water projects, has been acquired by Louisiana-based engineering firm Gulf Engineers & Consultants Inc., the Marin IJ is reporting.
Gulf Engineers & Consultants Inc. has offices in Novato and Irvine. Noble Consultants employed 10 people who now work for the Louisiana company.
