Residents report having phone and Internet outages starting around 3:30 p.m.
If you need emergency assistance, visit San Mateo County Sheriff's Moss Beach or Half Moon Bay substations to use emergency phone lines.
The substation in Half Moon Bay is at 537 Kelly Ave. The Moss Beach station is at 500 California Ave.
