Man With Loaded Gun Arrested After Stop In Pacifica SamTrans Lot
The 19-year-old Peninsula resident was booked on a slew of charges including illegal possession of concealed firearm and ammo, police said.
PACIFICA, CA — A Monday traffic stop at a SamTrans parking lot in Pacifica led to the arrest of a 19-year-old Daly City man on numerous weapons-related charges, including possession of a concealed, loaded gun, according to officials.
Officers reported smelling "a strong odor of marijuana" from the vehicle stopped at 4:47 p.m. at the lot at 500 Linda Mar Boulevard, the Pacifica Police Department said today.
A passenger, Darrell Wilson, was placed under immediate arrest when a search found he reportedly was carrying a loaded firearm, the department said.

Wilson was booked at the San Mateo County Jail on charges including: suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle; being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a loaded firearm; possession of ammunition by a prohibited person; possession of burglary tools; and providing false identification to a police officer, officials said.
