Pacifica Car Wash Problems

The car wash at the bottom of Monterey Dr in Manor claims to be soft touch?? Well...

On Monday, July 3rd, I brought my 2016 Prius into the 'Soft touch' car wash and bought a $12 wash. Upon the first run of the brushes the large spinning wheels torn off my rear wind-shield wiper. Snapped it right off the car. I had to sit through the rest of the wash before I could retrieve the broken wiper. I've called the 650-359-3154 number on the door of the office and left a message three times and no one has returned my call so I'm assuming they may be on vacation or may just not care that they damaged my car. I'd stay away from this place. Soft touch indeed!
