Pacifica School District Intent To Return Survey

We are asking all families to complete the Intent to Return Survey for each child to determine how many students will be returning in the Hybrid model to finish the 2020-2021 school year. If your child is in the Home School program or Full Year Distance Learning, please complete the survey as we ask about the 2021-2022 school year and your interest in participating in either Full Year Distance Learning or Home School. The questions about intent to return for 2021-2022, Full Year Distance Learning or Home School are only for planning purposes and your answers are not binding.
