Pacifica's Local Boxing Champion

Hello, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Dominick Reed, and I am a 16-year-old Nationally Ranked Amateur Boxer. I am currently Ranked Number 2 in the Nation at 145lbs and I am a 2 time Silver Glove State Champion and Junior Olympic State Champion; I am putting my all into representing my hometown of Pacifica, the SF Bay Area and the State of California through Boxing. COmpeting in all of the upcoming tournaments is an important step in my journey through the USA Boxing Ranking System. I am working towards re- securing the number 1 spot in the nation. I need to participate in all of the upcoming competitions to secure my points. I will take great pride in being one of the few Pacifica athletes that have made it to the Olympics.
I am a 4th generation Pacifica Native. I attended Sunset Ridge Elementary School and Ingrid B Lacey Middle School. I am currently a Junior at Terra Nova High School.

I just returned from training in Havana, Cuba and I will be traveling to Columbus Ohio in October, Oxnard, CA in November, Louisiana in December and Nevada in March.

I have high goals set for myself to participate in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. My current goal is to raise $5000 dollars to fund my upcoming Tournaments. The money will help pay for travel, lodging and equipment. Each tournament costs roughly $3000. I am asking for the support of the community to accomplish these financial goals so I can continue to focus on my training. Any contribution big or small will help me to reach my goal. I also have t-shirts, hats and stickers for sale. I am also looking for sponsorships.
