Wind Advisory Issued For Peninsula Coast Through Tuesday Morning

Winds to the north at 15 to 25 miles per hours are expected, with gusts up to 55 miles per hour at the highest peaks.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for areas along the Peninsula coast from 8 p.m. Monday night through 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Winds to the north at 15 to 25 miles per hours are expected, with gusts up to 55 miles per hour at the highest peaks.

The advisory was also issued for the East Bay Hills, Santa Cruz Mountains, the Diablo Range and the North Bay Mountains. Winds are expected to diminish by Tuesday afternoon.
