Certified Farmers Market Palm Desert Relocates To San Pablo Ave.

A celebratory and socially distanced ribbon cutting will take place at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

PALM DESERT, CA — The Certified Farmers Market Palm Desert has a fresh, new address starting Wednesday.

On December 2, the weekly market is moving from its existing location in Entrada del Paseo to debut at its new location on San Pablo Avenue.

A celebratory and socially distanced ribbon cutting will take place at 8 a.m. with the first 250 shoppers receiving Unite Palm Desert reusable grocery bags from the City of Palm Desert booth.

"The Market’s move to San Pablo capitalizes on the street’s recently reimagined pedestrian and bicycle friendly design and will begin to realize the centrally located venue’s potential as a new outdoor community event space," according to a statement from the city.
