COD Street Fair to Begin Summer Schedule June 7

As temperatures rise and "season" is no longer upon us, College of the Desert's weekly street fair soon moves into it's summer schedule.

Beginning Saturday, June 7, the COD Alumni Street Fair will operated from 7 a.m. until noon.

The fair will still be open every Saturday and Sunday in June, July, August and September, according to organizers.

"The popular weekend Street Fair provides open-air shopping in the share, under COD's new solar array," a COD Alumni Association announcement states. 

Proceeds from the event benefit the college for things like student services, projects and scholarships.
