Construction of the Coachella Valley

Busy Summer for construction projects in many areas of the Coachella Valley

Construction projects are happening all over the Coachella Valley. Many families make their living from the Construction business here. Not only contractors but also distributors, retailers, bankers, real estate industry, hotels, finance companies, municipalities, school districts and all sorts of other support industries. For many it's a grueling environment many working inside uncompleted structures with unimaginable heat build up and dangerous humidity. Our valley is full of some fine craftsmen that are directly involved with the construction of these homes and have invested their life savings into equipment and industrial building to operate. We here at Construction Lead Sheets have been reporting for the past 30 years where all these projects are and when they will be breaking ground to all these industries saving them time in research and more time to develop a relationship with the principals of the upcoming projects and keeping the work local. During my weekly visits to the cities for the past years, I have witnessed true dedication from all cities in their review process from planning commissioners, unit secretaries, city planners, building department officials and the inspectors who also are out there in the heat making sure all work is being performed as designed and specified by Engineers and architects. City traffic and in house engineers also play a big part in the development of our communities and with glimpses in the daily news of dilapidated areas across the world We sure do have much to be thankful for! So this Labor Day Weekend lets not forget all these folks and others in Our valley that make everything click and celebrate what we all contribute and have made this valley a world destination.
