Crash On Westbound I-10 In Palm Desert, Traffic Delays

PALM DESERT, CA — Two lanes were blocked on westbound Interstate 10 east of Cook Street in Palm Desert due to a three-vehicle car crash, the California Highway Patrol reported Thursday morning.

Traffic was backed up more than three miles past Jefferson Street in Indio.

An ambulance was requested, but there is no word yet on injuries.

As of 10:30 a.m., traffic was moving through the area.
