Free Rides Home On St. Patrick's Day In The Coachella Valley

COACHELLA VALLEY, CA — If you're going to be out drinking in the Coachella Valley this St. Patrick's Day, don't test your luck of the Irish and risk getting behind the wheel. Especially when you can get a "lyft" home for free.

Once again, a local legal group is sponsoring a safe ride home program — this time for St. Patty's.

'“We started this program to raise awareness about the drunk driving problem and prevent its resulting tragedies," said Walter Clark, founder of Walter Clark Legal Group. "So, it’s great to see so many people taking advantage of our LYFT promo codes and choosing an alternative to driving while impaired.”

Walter Clark Legal Group is working with the rideshare company Lyft by providing a promo code for a free one-way ride home.

The code — WCLGCLOVER— is valid for use between 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 17 through 3 a.m. Sunday, March 18 in the Coachella Valley. It's good for up to $50 and can only be used one time per user. Also, supplies are limited, representatives said.
