Injury Crash Reported On 10 Freeway In Palm Desert

PALM DESERT, CA — A woman was hurt Monday morning when a truck smashed into the center divider on Interstate 10 near Palm Desert.

The solo-vehicle crash was reported about 8 a.m. on the eastbound I- 10, east of Cook Street, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic information page.

A witness reported a woman bleeding from her head exited the truck and collapsed on the roadway.

Paramedics rushed her to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs for treatment of injuries of unknown severity.

No lane closures associated with the crash were reported.
