Traffic: Lane Closures On Avenue Of The States In Palm Desert
Delays are possible through Friday.
PALM DESERT, CA — A section of Avenue of the States in Palm Desert will be reduced to one lane in each direction for three days starting Wednesday so crews can replace a sewer line.
The closure is expected to begin at 6 a.m. Wednesday and wrap up by 5 p.m. Friday, with lane closures lasting through the nighttime hours between Michigan Drive and Washington Street, according to city spokesman David Hermann.
The remaining two lanes of vehicle traffic will be relocated to the westbound side of the four-lane artery during that time.
