Man Hurt in Palm Desert Crash
The man was trapped in the wreckage and had to be cut free.

One person was injured Monday afternoon in a crash in Palm Desert that left him briefly trapped in the wreckage.
The crash was reported at 12:53 p.m. in the 45500 block of Ocotillo Drive, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said.

Arriving units found the unidentified man trapped and cut him free. He was taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries, Hagemann said.
