Mayor Robert Moon to Walk the Runway at Woman’s Club Fashion Show
The Mayor joins the annual Palm Springs Woman's Club scholarship luncheon & fashion show in support of education on Friday, March 24.
From City of Palm Springs: Mayor Robert Moon and Councilmembers Geoff Kors and J.R. Roberts will don their most stylish uptown threads from Mr. Turk and walk the runway in support of education on Friday, March 24 at the Palm Springs Woman’s Club’s annual Scholarship Luncheon & Fashion Show.
The 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. luncheon and silent auction, dubbed “Springtime in Paris,” will be held at the Riviera Resort, 1600 N. Indian Canyon Drive. In addition, Mayor Moon will present the 4th Annual Mayor’s Award to much admired Palm Springs community leader, Rozene Supple, long-time owner of RR Broadcasting and a major supporter of Palm Springs Unified School District.
All proceeds benefit college scholarships for graduating students of Palm Springs High School in their quest for higher education.
