Public's Help Sought In Finding At-Risk Man Missing From Blythe

A Silver Alert has been issued for Charles Hernandez, 66, who disappeared Wednesday.

BLYTHE, CA — Coachella Valley and nearby desert residents are asked to be on the lookout for an at-risk man who went missing in Blythe.

Charles Hernandez, 66, who suffers from a medical condition and can become disoriented, was last seen around 8 p.m. Wednesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Hernandez who is described as having black hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 265 pounds.

He is believed to be driving a black 1993 Jeep Cherokee with Arizona license plate number BPP2050.
