Teen Arrested For Alleged La Quinta Burglaries
Police said Fernando Cordova, 18, of Indio, was taken into custody Tuesday morning.

LA QUINTA, CA -- A teenager was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of burglarizing multiple vehicles in La Quinta. Police said Fernando Cordova, 18, of Indio, was taken into custody after officers responded to a call of a supicious person in the 47700 block of Dunes Palms Road.
Arriving officers searched the area and found two occupants inside a vehicle. They both allegedly fled on food but were found a short time later, police said.
Cordova was booked into the Riverside County jail, while the second person was released pending further investigation.
