Woman Found Unharmed After Being Lost
The 78-year-old turned up missing in Thousand Palms.

A 78-year-old woman who became separated from her daughter during a hike in the Coachella Valley Preserve in Thousand Palms and was the subject of a search turned up unharmed more than four hours later.
Rescuers searched for the woman from the air and on the ground after she went missing around 11 a.m., said Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Dan Devinny.
The woman turned up, unharmed, at a trailhead around 3:25 p.m. and was reunited with her family, he said.
