Another Retail Chain Closing All Calif. Stores: Report

CALIFORNIA — Another national retail chain is closing all of its stores. Papyrus, a stationery retailer, is reportedly closing all of its stores across the country, according to Fortune.

The company, which once had 450 locations, is down to 260 stores, which are currently in liquidation.

Papyrus hadn't issued a formal statement announcing the closings as of Tuesday, Fortune reported, but the website now state that all sales are final and no returns or guarantees will be honored. A 20 percent off storewide sale was also happening on the Papyrus website.

The chain, which also sells greeting cards and gift wrap, has these locations in California, according to the company website:
